Crypto KOL Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using Crypto KOL, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older.

• You must have the legal right to enter into agreements.

• Users must comply with all applicable laws.

3. User Accounts

• Users are responsible for keeping their account information secure.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

• Account sharing or unauthorized access is prohibited.

4. Platform Use

• Crypto KOL. connects crypto projects with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for marketing collaborations.

• Users must use the platform for lawful purposes only.

• Misuse, fraud, or disruption of the platform is not allowed.

5. Collaborations

• Agreements between projects and KOLs are independent; Crypto KOL is not a party to these agreements.

• Projects and KOLs must clearly define scope, timelines, and compensation.

• Crypto KOL does not guarantee results or enforce project-KOL contracts.

6. Payments

• All payments between users and KOLs are made independently.

• Crypto KOL does not hold, manage, or process payments on behalf of users.

• Refunds, if any, are determined between the collaborating parties.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

• Users are responsible for the content they share or publish.

• Sharing copyrighted or illegal content is prohibited.

• Crypto KOL may remove content that violates these terms without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Crypto KOL provides the platform “as is” and is not liable for losses, damages, or disputes between users.

• We are not responsible for KOL performance, project outcomes, or financial losses.

9. Termination

• Accounts can be suspended or terminated for violating these Terms.

• Termination does not remove obligations incurred prior to termination.

10. Changes to Terms

• Crypto KOL may update these Terms at any time.

• Users will be notified of significant updates. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of  the country where Crypto KOL operates.
